{"id":1724,"date":"2012-07-17T09:59:14","date_gmt":"2012-07-17T07:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rhexpat.com\/blog\/?p=1724"},"modified":"2013-10-24T11:01:19","modified_gmt":"2013-10-24T09:01:19","slug":"expatries-securite-sociale-la-cfe-confirme-les-conditions-daffiliation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rhexpat.com\/blog\/expatries-securite-sociale-la-cfe-confirme-les-conditions-daffiliation\/","title":{"rendered":"Expatri\u00e9s S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale : La CFE confirme les conditions d&#8217;affiliation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Caisse des fran\u00e7ais de l&#8217;\u00e9tranger (CFE) a confirm\u00e9 l&#8217;application du d\u00e9cret n\u00b02010-1776 du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2010 \u00e0 compter du 1er Juillet 2012 avec l&#8217;application, d\u00e9sormais, des nouvelles conditions d&#8217;affiliation \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance volontaire vieillesse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de cette date deux conditions alternatives permettent l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance vieillesse volontaire :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; soit avoir relev\u00e9 d&#8217;une assurance maladie obligatoire fran\u00e7aise pendant au moins 5 ans<br \/>\n&#8211; soit avoir cotis\u00e9 au moins 6 mois \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance vieillesse obligatoire fran\u00e7aise<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il faut noter que ces deux conditions ont remplac\u00e9 la condition de nationalit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise qui existait au pr\u00e9alable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>5 ans d&#8217;affiliation \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance maladie obligatoire :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette affiliation peut \u00eatre \u00e0 quelque titre que ce soit et la dur\u00e9e peut \u00eatre discontinue.<br \/>\nPour justifier de cette affiliation, les entreprises ou les particuliers devront produire tout document de nature \u00e0 \u00e9tablir la r\u00e9sidence fran\u00e7aise pendant au moins 5 ans (relev\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re, bulletins de salaire, attestation de p\u00f4le emploi, avis d&#8217;imposition, certificats de scolarit\u00e9 etc&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le d\u00e9lais pour formuler la demande est de 10 ans \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9but de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>6 mois \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance vieillesse obligatoire fran\u00e7aise<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette condition existait avant la r\u00e9forme, il s&#8217;agissait de cas exceptionnels qui \u00e9taient g\u00e9r\u00e9s par la CPAM. D\u00e9sormais c&#8217;est la CFE qui sera l&#8217;interlocuteur de ces expatri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La demande doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans les 6 mois qui suivent la date \u00e0 laquelle le salari\u00e9 a cess\u00e9 de relever du r\u00e9gime d&#8217;assurance vieillesse. Une attestation de l&#8217;employeur (ou les BP) pr\u00e9cisant les salaires bruts per\u00e7us au cours de 6 derniers mois de son activit\u00e9 en France doit \u00eatre jointe \u00e0 la demande d&#8217;adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les entreprises qui affilient leurs expatri\u00e9s \u00e0 la CFE doivent d\u00e9sormais faire attention \u00e0 bien demander les pi\u00e8ces justificatives \u00e0 leurs salari\u00e9s afin de ne pas se voir refuser les dossiers par la CFE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<a class=\"synved-social-button synved-social-button-share
