Parmi les mesures adopt\u00e9es on retrouve l<strong>\u2019assujettissement aux pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements sociaux au taux de 15,5% des revenus fonciers et plus-values immobili\u00e8res r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les non-r\u00e9sidents fiscaux fran\u00e7ais.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au total les revenus fonciers (location) des non-r\u00e9sidents seront soumis
