France et le Br\u00e9sil (sign\u00e9e en D\u00e9cembre 2011) est applicable depuis le <strong>1er Septembre 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est donc d\u00e9sormais possible de faire des d\u00e9tachements s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale entre les deux pays afin de maintenir les droits du pays d&#8217;origine et \u00eatre exon\u00e9r\u00e9 de cotisations obligatoires dans le pays d&#8217;accueil.<\/p>\n<p>Des dispositions transitoires sont pr\u00e9vues pour les p\u00e9riodes d&#8217;assurance avant l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur de l&#8217;accord.<\/p>\n<p>Vous trouverez plus
